How do I create my first quote?

Go to Quotes → New quote. Pick a customer, add your line items, set VAT and terms, then save. You can share the quote with your customer via a private link, and download it as a PDF.

How do I turn a quote into an invoice?

Open the quote and use "Convert to invoice". Quoteza copies the details into a new invoice with its own invoice number, ready to send.

How do my customers pay me?

Add your bank details in Settings → Payment instructions. These appear on every invoice so your customer knows how to pay you. Quoteza does not process payments itself — record payments manually once received, or let the invoice auto-mark as paid when the full amount is logged.

How does the free trial work?

New business users get 7 days of Quoteza Pro free. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Go to Billing & Plan to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. You can also manage your payment method and billing history there via the secure Stripe billing portal.

Can I add my own logo to quotes and invoices?

Yes — Pro and above let you upload a custom logo in Settings, which replaces the Quoteza branding on your documents.

Question 7

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your records are always preserved. You keep full access until the end of your billing period; after that, access is limited until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted.

Question 8

How do payment reminders work?

Accepted Answer

Enable reminder points in Settings (e.g. 3 days before due, on the due date, or when overdue). Quoteza then sends automatic email reminders to your customers on that schedule.
